Clients who have concerns are encouraged to raise them directly with the Company through the Complaints Handling Procedure so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved professionally.

4. False or Defamatory Statements
Publishing false or misleading statements about O Architecture that may harm its professional reputation may constitute defamation under UK law.
The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action where statements are considered to be:

Nothing in this policy prevents individuals from expressing genuine opinions or raising legitimate concerns in good faith, provided that such statements are truthful and not misleading.
